“We wanted to make our production process greener by making better use of our raw materials and reducing our CO2 emissions. We expected that more efficient use of resources would also mean savings on energy bills and on the purchase of raw materials and semi-finished products. We figured that the greatest optimization potential lay in energy consumption in production. We therefore wanted to have our production reviewed by external eyes to spot places where we could save on electricity consumption. Project GREEN was a welcome opportunity for these external eyes.”
