CNC milling application
We CNC mill our own produced block foam materials Dan-iso PUR and PIR in various densities, as well as most other common materials in hardness up to aluminum.
Examples of materials can be: Wood, nylon, PET, EPS, and we are also happy to mill customer-supplied material.
We can create milling programs directly from your own files designed in e.g. DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP, Parasolid, Solid works, Catia V5, Inventor, Crea Parametric / NX – but we can convert the vast majority of common design files into 3D. Contact us for a complete list.
