Mounting foam - a practical and quick solution
What is mounting foam?
Mounting foam, also known as shaking foam, is formed by a combination of isocyanate and polyol. These two components are mixed and shaken together, which initiates a chemical process called foaming. This process takes place on site, right at the pipe joints, after the welding is completed, making it a practical and quick solution.
Flexible sizes and packages
Dan-iso's assembly foam is supplied in pairs either in bottles or in practical mixing bags (Foampacks) and is produced in up to 21 different sizes. This gives you the flexibility to choose the size that best suits your specific project, making the product easy to handle and use.
Durability and quality
Our mounting foam has an impressive shelf life of a full 20 months from the date of production. This ensures that you can plan your work without worrying about the foam losing its properties.
Sustainable production
Dan-iso mounting foam is produced in Denmark using raw materials from the EU. This not only ensures high quality, but also sustainable production, which is in line with our commitment to the environment.
