PUR block foam:
We produce PUR blocks with a density of 35 kg/m³ and 60 kg/m³. Whether you need light or heavy materials, we can provide the perfect solution for your project.

Application

35 kg PUR block foam is effectively used for thermal insulation of technical installations and pipes. The polyurethane foam helps reduce heat loss from pipelines, heating and cooling systems, which improves energy efficiency. Its low thermal conductivity makes it ideal for protecting pipes against temperature fluctuations and preventing condensation. It is often used in both industrial and commercial buildings, where it is important to maintain stable temperatures in technical installations. With our foam blocks, we can mill the insulation shells precisely to the dimensions of pipes and installation systems, ensuring effective and long-lasting insulation.
