Pipe insulation with PE jacket
Approved according to EN 253
Dan-isoMOULD with PE surface is a product range of pipe insulation jackets with high insulation value and a smooth outer PE surface that protects the high-performance polyurethane insulation.
The product range is ideal for district heating and other applications where high-performance insulation is required to minimize energy loss in heating or cooling systems and where the insulation material needs to be protected from.
All pipe shells with PE are supplied as complete shells, ready for installation. The insulation shells are produced as straight sections.
The pipe insulation is designed and manufactured to achieve a tight fit around the carrier pipe. This results in the best possible insulation as convective losses inside the shell are minimised. Straight sections are available in standard lengths of 580 mm.
All Dan-iso products are manufactured with proven PUR foam systems, which are specially developed for each specific purpose. See the Technical Data section for specific information.
The PUR insulation shells match the diameter of the media pipe and are manufactured in accordance with the strictest requirements to meet EN-253.
PE-ISO-Shell ensures easy and efficient installation with insulation properties in accordance with the requirements of EN-489. Dan-iso uses EN-253 approved PUR foam systems for all PE-ISO-Shell products.
