Dan-iso produces high-quality PIR 80 foam blocks, which allows us to deliver tailor-made special solutions to our customers, regardless of the complexity of the project.

With our advanced contour saws, we can precisely cut products that meet specific requirements and needs. For more complex machining tasks, we also offer machining on our 5-axis CNC milling machines, ensuring precision and quality in every detail.

To ensure that we can meet your needs quickly and efficiently, we always have a stock of PIR foam blocks.

Foam production with a focus on quality

PIR Blocks:
These PIR blocks have a density of approximately 80 kg/m³ and meet the strict Euroclass E fire approvals according to the ISO 11925-2 standard. This makes them ideal for projects where fire safety is a top priority.

Application

Dan-iso PIR block foam is mainly used where fire requirements are imposed on the material. It is used for the manufacture of profiles and 3D items in addition to insulation panels and sheets. It can be used for a wide range of specially designed items. Dan-iso PIR block foam is a cellular (foamed) material that can be used for cutting items. It can be adapted to the customer's wishes and requirements for specific tasks, both in terms of function and design.

Dan-iso can deliver customer-specific designs and specific dimensions by processing on advanced CNC-controlled technical equipment.
Our PIR block foam is characterized by high temperature resistance and low flammability.
