A comparative test of an uninsulated component and the same component insulated with Dan-isoFIT shows how much of a difference the right insulation solution can make. In the test, the uninsulated pipe is used as a reference with a heat loss of 100 %, while the average heat loss is reduced to just 8.3 % when Dan-isoFIT is installed under the same test conditions.

The result illustrates that technical insulation is not only about reducing energy loss. It also contributes to more stable operating temperatures, improved process control and lower operating costs throughout the entire life of the plant.
