Pipe insulation
Highly efficient insulation for technical installations
Pipe insulation
Pipe insulation of PUR (polyurethane) and PIR (polyisocyanurate) is effective insulation for cold and hot pipes.
PUR and PIR insulate far better than wool and with a lambda value of 0.23, you achieve the same degree of insulation with 1/3 less insulation.
Pipe insulation of PUR and PIR takes up virtually no moisture and mold therefore cannot live in it. The insulation does not collapse and has a long service life, as the shells can be removed and reused.
If the media temperature is above 140 degrees C, we recommend pipe bowls with mineral wool inserts. The mineral wool protects the shell, and can be added to the thickness you want.
Shells with foam inserts are used where there must be room for e.g. fittings. Dan-iso produces special pipe insulation for pressure couplings such as HAELOK.
All parts of the technical installations must be insulated. This also means distribute pipes, shunte and district heating.
Therefore, Dan-iso offers suspension shells, bends and special cuts.
If you have the drawing or the cray sketch, Dan-iso adapts the product.
Need to foam at the location? Bag foam, shake foam, mounting foam, isocyanate and polyol in bottles.
Contact Dan-iso if you want insulation materials for a future-proof and durable pipe insulation.
