Molded foam blocks, which can have a height/thickness of up to 720 mm. which allows us to deliver flexible and tailored solutions to our customers, regardless of the complexity of the project.

With our advanced contour saws, we can precisely cut products that meet your specific needs. For more complex machining tasks, we also offer machining on our 5-axis CNC milling machine, which ensures precision and quality in every detail.

To ensure that we can meet your needs quickly and efficiently, we always have a stock of PUR and PIR foam blocks ready for delivery.

Customized foam production with quality in focus

PUR blocks:
We offer PUR blocks with a density between 35 kg/m³ and 150 kg/m³. Whether you need light or heavy materials, we can deliver the perfect solution for your project.

PIR Blocks:
Our PIR blocks have a density of around 45 kg/m³ and meet the strict Euroclass E fire approvals according to the ISO 11925-2 standard. This makes them ideal for projects where fire safety is a top priority.
