Effective polyurethane pipe insulation with durable pipe bowls
At Dan-iso, we are proud to offer high-quality cast pipe trays, specially developed for insulation in the district heating industry. These pipe bowls are made from an advanced polyurethane type that is used, among other things, in pre-insulated district heating pipes.
Dan-isoMOLD molded pipe insulation cups meet the strict requirements of the EN 253 standard, ensuring that they provide reliable and effective insulation under even the most demanding conditions.
The molded PUR pipe sockets are designed to provide optimal insulation in district heating systems, as well as being extremely suitable for technical insulation in a wide range of industrial sectors where effective thermal insulation is essential.

Flexible dimensions and solutions
To meet different needs, our cast pipe bowls are supplied in a wide range of dimensions. For steel pipes, we offer pipe bowls with a diameter from Ø 77 mm up to 1000 mm, while pipe bowls for aluminum can be supplied in dimensions from Ø 90 mm to 315 mm.
We understand that different projects require different solutions, therefore the bowls are cut to lengths according to the customer's specifications. Alternatively, they can be supplied in our standard lengths of 380 mm, 500 mm, 580 mm or 1150 mm.
In addition to molded pipe bowls, we also offer pipe bowls cut from block foam. These block-cut pipe bowls can be supplied in several variants and can be adapted to even more specific requirements than the cast pipe bowls. This gives our customers a greater degree of flexibility when it comes to choosing the right insulation solution for their specific applications.
